R60 / Urban Regeneration in Reggio nell'Emilia
The Programme aims at developing and implementing strategies for urban regeneration and upgrading of the eastern quadrant of the Stazione district in Reggio Emilia: it increases the sustainable and supportive housing supply, with 148 social housing units, Services of public interest (sport, education, culture), environmental (neighbourhood green areas) and mobility (parking, pedestrian and cycle areas).

Reuse of industrial heritage

The Call for Ideas OLIVETTI LAB is an initiative promoted by the Municipality of Ivrea, the focal point of the World Heritage Site, conceived and developed by the Santagata Foundation for the Economy of Culture. The initiative aims to gather innovative ideas for the enhancement and development of "Ivrea, an Industrial City of the 20th Century," a World Heritage site, and its surrounding area.

Campo Sant'Andrea / Venice
C40 / REINVENTING CITIES
The Campo Sant'Andrea proposal conceives the regeneration of Forte Sant'Andrea in Venice as a meeting place where culture, social life, and nature find a new dimension and centrality.
The scenario of vocation is expressed by the name, which conveys an open-ended project that involves the community from the outset and experiments with future uses in a participatory manner, studying its replicability as a model.
The project places the utmost attention on sustainability, in terms of both content (restoration and fruition) and methods: carbon neutrality, radical circular economy (according to the ‘rebuilding from waste’ strategy, which reuses demolition materials for reconstruction).

The redevelopment will optimize the water cycle, minimize impact, and enhance biodiversity and renaturalized space.
The initiative aims to reopen the island to the public as a common good, enhance its green spaces and monumental structures, and create an open laboratory, a place for research, knowledge, innovation, and training (technological, ecological, visual, artistic), with an inclusive approach that is attentive to fragile contexts.
The restored buildings and outdoor space will host environmental education activities, concerts, workshops, temporary exhibitions, conferences, guided tours, and a reception point for free access and full enjoyment of the Fort as a fertile and living space.
The essential architecture by Officine Urbane inaugurates a new model of educational space in Bibbiano.
Solid and honest in its exposed brick, concrete, and steel, the new canteen presents itself as a simple form rooted in local tradition.
More than a mere refectory, it is a luminous "gateway" that welcomes children during pre-school reception.
Thanks to its flexible layout, the space actives with a varying intensity of use: transitioning from a meal setting to a didactic laboratory and after-school activities.

Large windows erase the boundaries, establishing a visual and functional connection between the interior and the exterior, protected by the connecting canopy.
This structure operates with a dual function: serving the school during the day and acting as a civic hub in the evening, all for the benefit of the community.

The Parco delle Paulonie project is a multidimensional success that transcends the simple requalification of an equipped green area.

The implementation of distinctive architectural elements—from the mirrored wall that expands light and space, to the multi-chromatic fence that softens the notion of a boundary—is directly linked to achieving crucial social goals, such as inclusivity and perceived safety.

The naming of the park as "Parco della Pace" (Peace Park) by the neighborhood children is not an anecdotal detail, but definitive proof that the approach based on dialogue and active security has transformed a vulnerable space into a center of tranquility and cohesion.

The trips of the city limits adopt the form of urban walking: the observation focuses on the use of public spaces, on the transformations of society, economy and space in the city, looking at exemplary neighborhoods, the evolution of the real estate market, the emergence of new types of buildings, the recent methods and strategies of urbanization of the territory, with a look at the phases of urban development and construction of the city from the second post-war to today.
Stazioni Orbitanti intends to provide tools to start a pilot program of territorial promotion and regeneration and integration of tourism and cultural sustainable and supportive.

The programme aims to activate integrated policies (infrastructural, social, cultural, economic and environmental) for communities in the metropolitan area, with particular reference to "inner areas" and urban suburbs, by exploiting existing metro, urban rail, funicular and cycle paths.
