FROM MUSEUM TO SOURCE CODE. Officine Urbane has been awarded the First Prize by the Municipality of Ivrea and Fondazione Santagata for the "Olivetti LAB" competition.
Our winning proposal, OLIVETTI.XXI, challenges the traditional musealization of the 20th Century Industrial City. We reimagined the site as "Generative Heritage": a platform where the architectural legacy becomes a tool to address contemporary challenges in work, welfare, and community living.
Venice Campo Sant'Andrea
As a Top Ranking Finalist (2nd Place) in the C40 Reinventing Cities Global Competition, our team was selected among the best international entries for the regeneration of Forte Sant'Andrea. The project was specifically recognized for its technical superiority and its innovative 'Process-Prototype' management model.
Venice Località Solidale
As a Selected Finalist (Phase 2) in the C40 Reinventing Cities - State Property Valorization competition, this result served as a double confirmation of excellence. By also advancing to the final phase for the Lido complex, the project demonstrated the capacity to scale the method across diverse types of heritage-listed assets.
